A Polish-Swiss research project dedicated to his work, artistic biography, and the reconstruction of a forgotten archive The Sztuka Obecna Foundation is launching a research and documentation project dedicated to Krzysztof Pęciński, a Polish artist who has been associated with the movement since the 1970s. with Switzerland, whose body of work remains partly scattered today and requires re-cataloguing.

The works of Stanisław Cukier

Stanisław Cukier – Polish sculptor born on 11 February 1954 in Zakopane, director of the Antoni Kenar School of Fine Arts in Zakopane (1994–2019). His works are characterised by high artistic value, confirmed by numerous awards, including the Silver Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis (2016). The significance of Cukier's work stems from its consistency, exceptional craftsmanship and the role it has played in the development of contemporary sculpture. Our goal is to organise and digitise Stanisław Cukier's work and document his legacy.

Rediscovering the work of Eugeniusz Sawczyn

Our goal is to catalog and digitize Eugeniusz Sawczyn's work and to fully document his legacy. We want Sawczyn's work to be present at thematic exhibitions and in museum collections.
